A steamer. In the drawstring bag, so you're not calling down for one at seven in the morning.
Flat-screen TV with streaming. Sign in to your own accounts.
Workstation. A desk for the days you can't fully unplug. Pop it open when you need to get something done, tuck it away when you don't.
IN THE BUILDING
The gym, open 24 hours. Not open until ten. Not closed at nine. Whenever you're up, which in this neighborhood is often a strange hour.
The courtyard. Outdoor seating, open air, and no view of Broadway. Downtown has very little of this, which is most of why we like it.
DOWNSTAIRS
Wonderful. Our bar on the ground floor, and our breakfast room in the morning. Coffee and toast from six thirty. Cocktails from three. No reservation needed for either.
